Astronaut Kravets is the main character of the Hosts of Mars game, a participant in a research expedition to Mars. The game's world has incredibly realistic graphics, and its logic is entirely based on artificial intelligence. Kravets performs tasks, unaware that he is just a character in the game. He perceives the virtual world as the only reality, sincerely believing every breath in his spacesuit.

Everything changes when a meteor shower hits Mars. The crew's ship is damaged, and Kravets is forced to go to the abandoned Delvig-13 construction station for repair equipment. However, during this risky mission, the Player notices something strange: his character tries once again not to take risks, the game does not restart. A loss means the irrevocable end of the game.
